• How Agreement will be done?

  We will do agreement in between both parties, and we will share the soft copy with you with all the terms and conditions.

• Can we pay in foreign currency?

  Yes, You can pay but bank charges will be applied on you while doing INR conversion from your bank.

• Can Zielbox send consultants to Foreign country?

  Yes, We can sort out Visa requirements and can send our consulants as per your location requirement.

• What is Zielbox work location?

  Currently, we are 100% remote but do have intention to open office to support Hybrid work environment.

• Zielbox is a new company so how companies should rely on delivery quality and Professional Ethics?

  Yes, we are new in business, but our professionals are mature industry veterans who worked in companies like Microsoft, Symantec, Broadcom, HP, HCL, TCS, IBM, Fiserv, Avalara, Mckinsey & Company and handled various business domains like Banking, Retail, Security, IT Outsourcing, Finance etc.

Legal & Agreement Area

• How Artwork like Graphics, Video Recording, Architectural diagram will be shared?

  We will share it through Shared Drive link and will keep content there for 1 Month to download but in case customer would like get Storage hosting services then we can share the prices with customer.

• What kind of Recording Studio will be available?

  It will be on pre-selected Zielbox locations only and we will share pictures of it.

• How you maintain the Privacy, Confidentiality, Copy rights, Intellectual Property Rights (IP) etc?

  We only bring in professionals from industry those who understand these terms and we will sign agreement with you, we are very serious about customer protection rights and you are authorize to take legal action with the concerned consultant in case of such breach and we will stand with you in such incident but as company we don't take any responsibility as we recommend customers to leverage Zero Trust and DLP (Data Loss and Prevention) Solutions. But in case, you have outsourced to us then we assume such responsibility and we will work with you to configure ZT and DLP.

Outsourcing & Foreign Payments Area

• How new consultant will get assigned in case current assigned person is not available?

  As per the situation, we will align new candidate interview with you and will assign him/her to your project. We will carry forward absence days.

• How many Engineers/Consultants will work on given assignment?

  Understanding the scope of project size, we will deploy pre decided ratio of domain experts that will get engaged in the project. Usually, we mix a Architect, a Senior Engineer and a Engineering Manager having Project Management skills, but we also leverage lesser experience folks to do grunt work. Senior Engineers are the folks who remain dedicated and active throughout the engagement and are the go to person for direct talk.

• Is Zielbox a Authorized Company?

  Yes, we are legal registered Private Limited Company in India. We are registered with the name of Zielbox Solutions Private Limited.

• Who will take care for the Salaries/Payments in case of Outsourcing?

  Zielbox will handle Salaries/Payment for Outsourced project.

• How service quality will be maintained?

  We bring Engineers/Consultants through our internal network only and our circle is close knitted, and we continuously follow the feedback cycle with our clients.

• What will happen if i am not satisfied with the support & services?

  We will have feedback call and we will understand the situation and if justified we will refund you back as per our policy, but we believe in customer satisfaction and feedback so we can refund you back 90% amount, but we will remain aligned toward our Refund Policy.

Freelancer/ Instructor / Consultant Payment & Taxation Questions

• What is the payment cycle to Freelancers/ Instructors / Consultants?

  We pay on last date of a month. In case weekend is on that day, then we process payments on last Friday of that month.

• How much Freelancer/Instructor/Consultant will get from published pricing?

  Zielbox rely on our Freelancers/Instructors/Consultants and believes in them as they are our foundational pillars to operate our business so we pass majority of the earning portion to our people and keep minimum margins to build sustainable business model. Generally, we pass information during our Freelancer/Instructor/Consultant meeting but we formally mention such ration in our each agreement before starting on any new engagement.

• Will Zielbox deduct TDS(Tax Deducted at Source)?

  To remain compliant as per Law, we will be deducting 10% TDS and in case you are not under taxable slab then during your annual ITR you can claim it back during your return filing.

• What in case Freelancer/Instructor/Consultant doesn't want to get TDS deducted?

  In case, Your payments are below 30000 INR, in current financial year then we will not deduct any TDS and then its your responsibility to show such income during ITR filing. In case payment is above 30000 INR. then we we will be deducting 10% TDS and will be depositing in Govt account as per defined filing timeline for the companies and it will reflect back in your Form 26 and you can refer it during your ITR filing.

• Do we sign agreement on all Support & Services with Freelancers / Instructors/ Consultants?

  No, Services such as hourly support doesn't falls under such agreement category but Weekly Trainings, Long Term Consulting, Support and Services falls under agreement category. We will just send formal intimation about the agreement with the PDF document and you just have to acknowledge it on email. We don't do any legal binding but it is just used to keep healthy business relationship among our members to keep Trust and Understanding.

• What will happen in case of pricing change?

  We continuously review our pricing and change pricing as per our business understanding. We do agreement with our Consultants, Customers ,Instructors, Freelancers before starting on any new support and services engagement.

• Why Freelancer / Instructors / Consultants should work with Zielbox?

• Privacy of Instructors / Freelancers / Consultants?

  We don't publicly disclose names of our members due to multiple reasons and with responsibility we make sure that their privacy is kept only in between Zielbox and customers with whom they will confirm to engage.

• Do you deduct PF(Provident Fund)?

  No, We don't deduct PF of Freelancers, Instructors, Consultants as these are not Full Time Employee (FTE) Categories.
